Neverest Foundation hosted a successful and enjoyable charity luncheon and cricket match at Repton School, Derbyshire on 1st July 2018. We spent 2 days at TU Teaching hospital. Visiting the ward, carrying out teaching and dry bone workshop sessions, as well as having a day of theatre.  

Our day began with flight back to Kathmandu from Chitwan. After lunch we arranged transport to take us to the Neverest Orthopaedic Home for girls which is about one hour away from Kathmandu. On our second day at the Bharatpur Hospital, Chitwan, we spent the day operating. Selecting cases from the clinic the previous day as well as some trauma cases.

The day started off with an early morning ward teaching round on the orthopaedic ward followed by a visit to the spinal rehabilitation unit. An outpatient clinic quickly followed where 9 patients were listed for surgery for tomorrow. Following lunch, formal teaching by lectures and a dry bone workshop was performed.
